Become a member of our caring and collaborative team at the Master Center for Addiction Medicine (Master Center) that provides outpatient addiction treatment that is comprehensive, evidence-based and individualized.
Master Center is expanding and seeking talented Part-Time or Full-Time Addiction Psychiatrists to work in the Glen Allen, Colonial Heights/South Chesterfield, Hampton and Gloucester areas. We prefer Psychiatrists with prior substance addiction treatments experience and/or prior psychiatric experience.
The responsibilities of the Psychiatrist include collaboration with physicians in monitoring, individualized medication and treating SUD patients with co-occurring mental health disorders. Our practice approach is to provide compassionate care that is individualized to the patient’s needs. Our providers are committed to helping people and treating patients with dignity, respect and kindness.
Master Center will support any necessary licensing, including attaining the buprenorphine waiver through SAMHSA. Qualified candidates must hold a current, in good-standing, License in practicing medicine as a psychiatrist. Experience in the field of addiction medicine is preferred but not required. A comprehensive addiction medicine provider education training program begins upon day of hire.

All Master Center Employees are required to be fully vaccinated (all recommended doses). Anyone with a qualifying reason not to get vaccinated must submit weekly PCR testing.
