Master Center is seeking a talented Project Manager Professional to work closely with our Chief Clinical Officer by assisting in project management, staff meetings, daily operations, and more. The Project Manager is responsible for documentation, reporting, and performance for addiction support services. This role will support Master Center’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and will assist in starting up and operating a substance use disorder assistance hub for medical providers. The Project Manager must maintain and track Performance Standards and participate in the development of ad-hoc reports and special initiatives.
Master Center for Addiction Medicine is a private, outpatient addiction medicine treatment center headquartered in Glen Allen, Virginia. We have additional offices in Hampton, Gloucester, Chesterfield and are opening offices in other areas of Virginia. Our approach to addiction is comprehensive, evidence-based and individualized, drawing on every tool that has been proven effective: medical treatment, education, psychiatry, professional counseling, testing/monitoring and peer support services. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Support Chief Clinical Officer in IOP and PHP management and daily operations.
- Maintain, track and report on addiction support programs
- Resource management for Addiction support services
- Assists Chief Clinical Officer in staff meetings, discusses complex plans, outlines new goals and objectives, reviews problem areas and disseminates administrative information.
- Collaborates with other staff members on a multi-disciplinary treatment team
- Participates in development and implementation of clinical services, groups, and other health services.

- Demonstrate Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Exerts physical requirements to lift and maneuver objects and medical records; this includes kneeling, bending, reaching, pulling crouching, pushing up to 50 pounds, and lifting to 20 pounds.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA or BS
- 2 years Project Management Experience
- Healthcare and Behavioral Health experience preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
