We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven, and highly organized Patient Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about helping individuals access life-changing treatment services.

As a Patient Acquisition Coordinator, you will serve as a critical first point of contact for prospective patients, referral sources, and community partners. You will help guide individuals through the intake and engagement process while supporting outreach, lead management, patient scheduling, and business growth initiatives.


What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary contact for prospective patients and referral sources
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and assist individuals seeking treatment services
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and intake workflows
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with referral partners and community organizations
  • Assist with lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting activities
  • Collaborate closely with Intake, Outreach, Clinical, and Operations teams
  • Support marketing and community engagement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data entry within CRM/EHR systems
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting individuals in vulnerable situations
  • Represent Master Center professionally in both internal and external interactions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, addiction treatment, outreach, admissions, sales, customer service, or patient coordination preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems, EHRs, Salesforce, or scheduling systems preferred
  • Passion for helping individuals struggling with substance use disorders
  • Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in addiction medicine, healthcare outreach, admissions, or patient acquisition strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of behavioral health or substance use treatment services is a plus
